It is an early and high-yielding variety, perfect for both fresh consumption and pickling. The fruits are dark green, have a small seed cavity, and measure about 8–12 cm in length.
Growing Instructions:
- Sowing: Seeds should be sown outdoors in late May or early June when the soil temperature is at least +15°C.
- Pre-cultivation: Seeds can be started indoors in April and transplanted after the risk of frost has passed.
- Growing Conditions: Prefers a sunny, wind-protected location with well-fertilized, humus-rich soil.
- Watering: Requires regular watering, especially during dry periods.
- Support: Although it can be grown on the ground, it performs better when trained on a trellis or support.
- Harvesting: Regular harvesting encourages continuous fruit production.
