DESCRIPTION
‘Delikatess Blauer’ is a classic German heirloom kohlrabi with striking bluish-purple bulbs and tender white flesh. It’s delicious sliced raw for a crisp bite, and equally good sautéed, roasted, or added to soups.
For the best eating quality, harvest bulbs on the younger side—this keeps the texture fine and prevents any toughness.
