‘Delikatess Witte’ is a classic kohlrabi with light green bulbs and tender white flesh. The flavour is mild and fresh—perfect sliced raw for crunch, and equally good sautéed, roasted, or added to soups.
Because it grows quickly, it’s best to transplant seedlings while still young and harvest bulbs before they become oversized. This keeps the texture fine and prevents any toughness.
GROWING GUIDE
Start under cover in early spring (or sow outdoors once conditions are mild)
Sow depth: about 1 cm
Transplant out while seedlings are still young and vigorous
