DESCRIPTION
‘Goldana’ is a yellow-fleshed turnip with smooth, round roots and thin skin. The taste is juicy, tender, and mildly sweet—great raw in thin slices, roasted, cooked, or pickled.
For best results, keep the soil evenly moist and thin seedlings early so each root has room to form properly. Harvest part of the crop as baby turnips for extra tenderness, and let the rest grow on for a larger autumn harvest and winter storage.
