Wrinkled pea ‘Téléphone Nain’ is an early, compact variety producing 11 cm long pods filled with sweet, tender peas. The flavour is excellent when eaten fresh and especially suitable for freezing and canning, as the peas keep their taste and texture well.

Sow directly into moisture-retaining loam or clay soil in a sunny to lightly shaded location. Keep the soil evenly moist, especially during flowering and pod formation. Due to its compact growth, this variety performs very well in containers and raised beds, making it a reliable choice for balcony and small-space gardening in Northern and Central Europe.
