Popular perennial French Herb. Commonly used with fish, soups and sauces. Also picked young for salads.

Remove flowers from top to keep plant leaves tender. Sorrel leaves are best harvested regularly when they are still small as bitterness increases with older leaves.

Sow seeds thinly from March to July, under cover. Spacing 30 cm. Thin seedlings if needed, when large enough to handle, transplant 15cm (6in) apart.   Young leaves can be harvested 7 weeks from sowing. Harvest regularly from early summer to frosts.

Packet 200 seeds
